management is rude and never answers the office is never open when it is suppose to be. They over charge everyone. Why am I paying sewage when I'm on a septic tank. They double charge for water. And the water is always off but they never tell you and by law they are suppose to give a notice. I'm calling the news on this place.
Nasty they lied about the trailer I brought. I have sued them 3 times and won. They won't even pay that. 1 suit was for over 1000 for fraudulent billing and they still are doing it. I have 2 more suits on deer creek. Keeshia the manager acts the way her name is spelled wrong and ghetto. DON'T DO IT READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. pools are always down playgrounds are run down dogs running loose. I live in projects that was better than this. Projects
tHEY LIE AND DON'T CARE IF YOUR PLACE IS FIXED OR NOT. VERY RUDE AND FAKE SOME WATER LINE IS ALWAYS BROKE AND THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO KEEP UP THE PLACE WHEN IT WAS NEVER FINISHED. dON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
I have lived in deer creek since February. I absolutely love it. I have not had one bad experience. I have lived in 3 other trailer parks & this is by far the best. Keesha & Patricia r some of the sweetest & most helpful ladies i have ever came across. Miss Patricia sold me my home & made me feel so comfortable (i was very un-easy about the rent to own concept but she made me feel a lot better) i am so glad i did it! They do so much for their residents that a lot of communities do not do these days. Lord willing, i will be here for quite some time.
So far I see when I go in there it's quiet but it still needs some work done around there the kids need a new play ground and the parents should aloud to put a little pool on there porch if they have a little ones that's lot safe then taken them to the big pool around the big kids
