The workman came by (I didn't have to be home) and promptly installed the gutter hangers.

Excellent customer service from Sales Rep Chris Tyson. And, timeliness of the scheduling and installation of the roof was excellent. Also, the very professional office staff team.
We were very impressed with the initial professional consultation with Chris to the very hard working roofers. They arrived on time, protected our landscape with tarps, worked almost non stop until dark and did a fantastic job. They came back for the final cleanup the next morning.

We had a problem with the flashing around our chimney, which was causing a leak in one of our bedrooms. They came out, gave us an estimate, sent an installation crew (who found the source of the leak), and completed the job in less than three hours. They also arrived earlier than the original estimated time, which I loved.. The entire process from estimate to installation went very smoothly. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. A great company who did a great job....and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend KTM Roofing for all of your roofing needs.
