Therapists are great. Office staff is grindingly slow, and it's always stuffy inside. Apparently it's a dispute between the landlord and the management of the clinic - neither wants to pay for a simple ac service. So the patients and staff suffer. Most people use heating pads here, so it's like a sauna.

They do a great job! I very pleased with the service and my results.

SO AMAZING. Still have work that needs done on my back, but I was able to feel a great relief!!

I had a total hip replacement that was complicated because of a surgery on the same hip 7 months earlier. This recovery that is ongoing has been more difficult than anything I could have imagined. It's much harder than anything I've dealt with associated with my multiple sclerosis. I have received outpatient therapy at two other facilities, at-home therapy by another company (all for separate surgeries) and seen my children receive therapy at different groups. Out of all of this exposure to the different ways offices are set up and the various methods used, none of the others compare to this group. The therapist that treats me, Drew, is considerate while motivating me to work hard. The head therapist at this site, Lance, knows me from when my daughter was treated, and he will check in with me to see how I'm doing, even when he is busy. I always feel like my best interests are what guide the choices that Drew makes each time I am there. I can always be honest about whether an exercise is hurting beyond what is the discomfort you feel when a tight muscle stretches. Some of the exercises change each visit which keeps it interesting. I have a major weight problem and I have never heard any of the therapists bring that up. It's something I am always self-conscious of but it's not an issue that I have to worry about being criticized for. I would never go anywhere else for therapy if I needed help again. You will be taken care of very well here with respect for you and concern for your complete recovery.
