If I could give it a zero I would. This place is HORRIBLE. The movers showed up hours late and my girlfriend had to take them back to the shop because the movers didn't have any tools to take down my California king bed. They were attempting to do it with my eight year old daughter's tool set. Throughout the whole process the mover kept saying to "slide" them money on the side instead of paying the company. It was horrible. They took hours to load my 2 bedroom apartment which should've only taken an hr with 3 guys ( like they said they were gonna send). I had previously done this exact same move 6 months prior and they were done with the entire move within 3 hours (with stairs since the mover kept complaining of this). The movers kept making remarks about not paying the company and just letting them handle it for cheaper. When they FINALLY made it to the new house. They were taking breaks, yelling at each other, and threatening each other during the entire move. They were moving at the slowest pace possible. It was a mess. To end it all they broke SEVERAL furniture items including my king bed. I have several items missing including a 200 makeup light. We have tried to call several times and they won't answer anymore. We called from a separate number other than ours and they picked up smh. We had furniture that we had to throw away because they broke it and didn't even tell us. They also didn't put together any of the furniture that they broke down and left their moving blankets because they left stuff wrapped. This was the worst move that I have ever experienced. So much more happened but at this point my words don't even matter. All I can do is take legal action for my broken and missing items.
My experience with this company was horrible. They damaged all my items including my new construction home!! My first time using a moving company and will be my last. My items that were damaged are greater than >$2000. My items are only a year old and yet this company not trying to pay me for my items. Please don’t use them.
This was my first time paying for an moving company and by far the worst experience I ever had. I should had just moved my items myself and paid somebody on the street half the price I paid for this company and they would have taken better care of my items. I have to say as of now the customer service from this company they are very nice but the guys that came and move my things was very careless and slow complained the entire time. The third guy Sandrick was the most helpful but my entire living room set has damages and my dinning room. Not happy at all and I just purchase these items only about 3 months ago about 5000 dollars worth that is now damaged. And I spend almost $600 just to move from one place to another in the same complex. Shameful....... I strongly believe I should get my money back for this whole entire move. If the owner see this review you should really want to take really action out on this matter. The more I think about the more I'm mad that I wasted my money on the worst job ever. I pay for my things to be not damaged. My move was on Sat. Aug 11 2017
If I could give this company a zero I would. They moved my scheduled move back to the following day and then canceled on me. I had to call there office phone many times to see when I was going to be moved. DO NOT use this company. Go to Two Men and a Truck. This company is terrible! Everyone in the office says different things and they do not know what is going on. DO NOT use this company!
The guys were 30 minutes late but they made up for it! You have to tell them what you want wrapped or they will not wrap it. They listened to my every concern and instruction and they even trashed the furniture that I did not want to take with me. They were fast and worked perfectly together as a team. My only concern was that they didn't come with tools to disassemble my furniture. Luckily I had my own for them to use. When we arrived at my new house, they didn't just dump my boxes in the closest room. They made sure they read the box labels and put the boxes in their respective rooms. I would definitely use this company again but preferably the two guys that helped me! It's affordable and quality! You should definitely give them a shot.
