She's definitely rude as hell!!!
I went in to this floral shop to see about a simple carnation for my son for prom..nothing fancy since it was a last minute situation. Without even allowing me to tell her what I was looking for she rudely tells me that she can't help me. She never even approached the counter, but snapped at me from the back back room. She doesn't know if she could have helped because she never bothered to find out. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD SINCE MOVING TO STOCKBRIDGE. I WILL NEVER VISIT HER ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN..NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
Called to order a white rose corsage and boutonniere for prom. Picked up the next day. They substituted the rose with another flower without calling to inform me. They claimed they ran out of white roses, I ordered the white rose for a reason! The least they could have done is call to inform me that my choice was not available. Plus they charged my $40.00. When I went on their website to see what exactly I received and the price, the corsage was $12.95 and the boutonniere was $7.95. I paid $40.00 for four flowers!!! Never again!
The Owner is extremely rude rude rude! I would not recommend her shop to anyone. I don't understand why she is still in business. Please no one go to her shop you can find someone else whose much more professional, respectable and grateful for customers that are spending their hard earn working money for their products and services. She could really use some prayer anointing oil whatever it takes for her to be much more nicer to her customers. Very rude and if she doesn't have any control over the call you made to contact her out of your busy schedule she will hang up on you quick including yell and screaming at her customers. BAD BUSINESS! To think my family just had a death and she did not give a crap.
Spoke with owner, Kathy, who volunteered to rush the order so she could deliver it in time for the visitation just hours from now. Also was very helpful about what to order since she had just returned from the funeral home and advised me there were very few live plants there. -Tim from N.C. 3/9/12
