I understand the pressures of churning hundreds of patients through to collect payments for our insurance, but at least get my medication correct when you screw me.
I WAS SENT HERE FOR A PRE-SCREENING DRUG TEST FOR AN EMPLOYER AND WAS INSTRUCTED WHEN I ARRIVED TO DRINK AS MUCH WATER AS I POSSIBLY COULD AND WAIT UNTIL I WAS CALLED. THEY MADE ME WAIT 2 FULL HOURS UNTIL TESTING ME FROM WHICH I ONLY HAD A CERTAIN TIME WINDOW TO TAKE THE TEST AND I MISSED THAT WINDOW. I CAME BACK 3 DAYS LATER TO TAKE THE SAME URINE TEST WITH A LONGER WINDOW AND WAS MADE TO WAIT 2 HOURS AGAIN. THE FRONT END RECEPTIONIST WAS WELL AWARE OF MY WAIT AND WAS HEARD JOKING TO THE OTHER RECEPTIONIST ABOUT ME WAITING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!! THE NURSES IN THE BACK WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND SORRY BUT NOTHING WAS SAID TO "CARMINE" OR WHATEVER HER NAME WAS. TO HAVE TO DRINK THAT MUCH WATER AND MADE WAIT, NOT ABLE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM FOR THAT LONG IS CRUEL!
Where shall I start? The first time I was there, Dr. Lockwood was raving in his office about how stupid one of his patients is (among other choice adjectives he decided to use in describing them). I understand stupid people exist, but should I have heard him being so vulgar about his patients?
Dr lockwood was awful and spent maybe 10 mins with me and it was the first time seeing him. He could of cared less what I had to say. Very ADD and flighty. Alsi never did get a call from staff after mri. I had to go get a copy myself after a month and the dr had still not gone over report. Find another dr....dont go to him.
One of two things usually happens. Either they never refill my medication and force me to call back after a week to find out why or they call in a COMPLETELY different medication. When I tried to get them to resolve my latest wrong prescription, I was insulted by the nurse. She was completely apathetic to my needs - especially since I was going out of the country and needed my medicine urgently. She interrupted me and repeated "Have a blessed day" over and over so that I couldn't be heard when I tried to confirm my medication and appointment date. She then hung up on me.
Everyone said good morning and hello. Very efficient staff. My PA was awesome. Thank you!
I never actually saw him, even though he is my doctor. Instead, I saw his physician's assistant who was generally nice. However, I have had a difficult time getting my medication refilled.
