The products seem good and the prices reasonable but the sales staff, the few we dealt with, are not worth the paycheck they get paid.
Really getting tired of this place used to be a good place to get good stuff now they don't really want to honor anything they sell a bunch of junk charge a bunch of money for it and then when it tears up and you bring it back they don't want to take it back or replace it and then when you contact the company of the product you don't get any satisfaction there either all junk. Even if you open the box and it doesn't work and you take it back can't even get a hold of the company to replace or fix it everything that I have bought in the last 3 or 4 years is tore up always tears up before the warranty runs out.
My mother purchased a oven from them 2 days before Thanksgiving. They couldn't deliver it to the house which is understandable because of how busy the holiday is. My father picked the range up early the next day. We get it home, my father installs it and the door won't open? We call the store, try everything they tell us to try and it still will not open. Next day we go to return the oven and they will not take it, says returns are closed and come back tomorrow. I call customer service and they hung up on me but not before giving me attitude. I will be calling back, getting names, and calling corporate. Terrible customer service!

Awesome shopping experience. A salesman greeted us and said I'm here if you have any questions. He was close by but far enough to let us do our shopping with out any pressure.
We went to Brandsmart last weekend to look for a kitchen package. We found the perfect package for our budget but need to take some measurements and the sales person said if we came back the next weekend the deal would still be available. Not only was the deal not available, he tried to tell me the package I saw online wasn't available unless I showed it to him.. then it magically appeared.
The sales people there DO NOT know their products or their sales and try to professionally lie or take advantage of you. I wouldn't go back there unless you are prepared to buy the same day or talk to someone who is knowledgeable about what the store offers.
While we were talking numbers and financing with the sales person he was trying to strong arm us into a 5 year warranty... "well if you don't buy the warranty, I don't think management will work with you." He also tried to tell us we have 30 days to add a warranty but doesn't know if the warranty price will be the same price in 30 days.
We looked online on the way there and it said the sale lasted till the end of the day we went. When we got there that was not the case. On our way out we asked a random sales person about the sale and said it ended the previous week.
Nice place and selection. Dine of the sales associate's are unaware of what is going on, or just don't care to know. My overall experience was good, found all the things I was looking for.
